About Mann Properties

Gerald and Edna Mann created Mann Properties in 1970 in their hometown of Indianapolis. Together, they began developing land to provide the best value possible for clients, whether they needed warehouse space or office space. The company grew steadily and strategically over the next three decades. Today, the Manns’ son, Brian Mann, is managing partner of the family-owned company that provides residential, commercial, retail, industrial and warehouse developments in Indiana and North Carolina.
