Brian Mann, Managing Partner
As managing partner, Brian Mann brings more than the company name to this successful, growing business.
Brian joined Mann Properties in 1994 as a leasing and sales executive for the company his parents, Gerald and Edna Mann, founded in 1970. As a young, but ambitious executive, Brian already has taken the company to new levels. In addition to increasing revenues, Brian has managed the creation of an office in Charlotte, N.C., the first satellite office. Because of business growth, the company moved into new offices in late 2006 as part of Master’s Crossing commercial development.
In addition to managing the firm and growing the North Carolina business, Brian is involved in several community organizations, including Sigma Nu fraternity (Purdue University) Foundation board, of which he is present and an alumni advisor. He’s a member of the Rotary Club of Indianapolis, Penrod Society, Young President’s Organization and Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute.
A civil engineering student at Purdue University for three years, Brian earned a bachelor’s degree in business management from Indiana University. He has been named to the Indianapolis Business Journal’s prestigious Forty Under 40.

Brian Leonard, Director of Construction
For nearly 20 years, Brian Leonard has been involved in just about every new construction, facility renovation or build out for Mann Properties and its clients. Whether it's a locally owned deli, a physician's office or a shopping center, Brian oversees the construction and ensures that clients get the space they need to operate their businesses successfully.
Brian's responsibilities include oversight of design and drafting, estimating, project management as well as managing relationships with outside contractors, vendors and clients. Before joining Mann, Brian was a draftsman and field technician for Abonmarche Consultants in Benton Harbor, Mich., where he prepped and distributed construction documents and verified contractors' adherence to construction specifications. He also completed a four-month internship with LCP Design in New York City while obtaining his bachelor's degree in environmental and space design from Indiana University.
Brian also is involved with the Carmel Dad's Club and the Carmel/Clay Schools PTO.

Debbie Mann, Director of Leasing and Sales
Debbie Mann brings more than 15 years of sales experience and a finance background to the firm. Debbie was instrumental in bringing Wal-Mart as an anchor to Concord Plaza in Lafayette, Ind. Since joining Mann Properties in 2002, Debbie has managed leasing negotiations and land sales for dozens of retail and industrial developments throughout Central Indiana and in Lafayette.
A former computer industry salesperson, Debbie designed data centers with some of Indianapolis’ largest companies. Before working in sales, Debbie was an auditor in the futures industry.
Debbie holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from Indiana University and works with The Timmy Foundation, a nonprofit focused on medical mission trips.

Mark Block, CPA, Chief Financial Officer
Mark Block has been managing Mann Properties’ finances since 1991. As chief financial officer and controller for Mann and its subsidiaries, Mark is responsible for everything from financing to strategic planning.
Mark assists in the financial aspects of asset management, construction, development and sales and leasing. In addition, he prepares financial statements, tax returns and the corporate operations budget.
Before joining Mann Properties, Mark served as audit supervisor with PricewaterhouseCoopers and as an internal auditor with Rogers Group, where he specialized in manufacturing, construction and emerging business.
A member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Indiana CPA Society, Mark has a bachelor’s degree in business from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business. He earned his Certified Public Accountant designation in 1986.

Craig Cleveland, Director of Property Management
Craig Cleveland brings more than 13 years of experience in the real estate business and is a Certified Property Manager.
Craig’s diverse background – which includes leasing, management, construction, development, acquisition and disposition of commercial properties – helps him manage more than 1.25 million square feet of industrial and retail property for Mann Properties.
Before joining Mann, Craig managed 2 million square feet of office and industrial property in Indianapolis with Colliers Turley Martin Tucker.
An Indiana University graduate with a bachelor’s degree in business management, Craig also is a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management and the Building Owners and Managers Association and is involved in the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.

Tim Stevens, Director of Development
Tim Stevens has spent more than two decades in urban planning and real estate development. As a former city planner for Noblesville, Tim understands the intricacies of commercial, residential and industrial development, planning and zoning.
Since joining Mann Properties in 1998, he’s overseen the planning and zoning of more than two dozen developments, and more recently is involved in the company’s residential projects in Charlotte, N.C.
Tim is a member of the Builders Association of Greater Indianapolis Governmental Affairs Committee, the Urban Land Institute and the Indiana Planning Association and was a former member of the adjunct faculty at Ball State University College of Architecture and Planning.
